Meeting rooms

This meeting room can accomodate up to 14 persons. In theatre style it seats up to 20 people - suited to both presentations and talks. Since all furniture can be set-up as requested, this meeting room can be organised as a classroom, as a theater, etc..

• Greet your visitors
• Provide IT support
• Arrange meeting room layout as needed
• Propose competitive rates depending on the number of participants
• Allow you to book the meeting room per hour, half day or full day
• Invoice you per usage or at month-end if you book on a regular basis

During your meetings, we can offer:

• Morning and afternoon breaks (danish pastries, drinks, fruits)
• Lunch boxes or restaurant bookings

A Board Room that seats up to 12 people. In this meeting room, it is possible to add side tables. This makes it a perfect place for workshops and trainings.
