Active in the domiciliation business for more than thirty years, the goal of ALAC ETOILE is to assist and support the development of its clients – ALAC ETOILE was founded in 1972 and its presence at the current address dates back to 1981.  It is thus the guarantee of a reputed, stable address and easily accessible. 

Since 1985, the profession is ruled by official texts  (decree 85/1280 relating to the operation of the Clerc's Offices of the commercial courts).  This decree makes it possible to domicile the registered office of a company in a collective way.  Since then, ALAC ETOILE proposes to its customers a whole set of services in accordance to the obligations and the label of the National Union of the Domiciliation and Business Centres (SNCAED). 

Today more than one thousand five hundred companies and professionals  have relied and trusted our service, many are still using our Business Centre.
