Our history

Active in the Business center sector for more than thirty years, our goal is to serve at best our clients – Alac Etoile was founded in 1972 and its presence at the main address dates back to 1981. Alac Etoile also has offices and meeting rooms in central Paris. It is the guarantee of reputed and stable addresses;

Since 1985 the profession has been governed by official texts (decree 85/1280 relating to the operation of the Clerc's Offices of the commercial courts). This decree makes it possible to domicile the registered office of a company in a collective way. Since then, Alac etoile proposes to its customers a whole set of services in accordance to the legal obligations and is an active member of the National  Business Centres Association (SYNAPHE).

Since June 2010, ALAC ETOILE holds an official license granted by the Police department, which allows it to provide domiciliation services in accordance to the French laws.
