Active in the sector of business centers and domiciliation, the foundations of Alac date back to 1972 and its installation at the address of 3, rue du Colonel Moll (75017) in 1981.

Since 1985, the profession has been organized and structured around official texts (decree 85/1280 relating to the functioning of the clerks of the commercial courts) which make it possible to domicile the registered office of a company in a collective manner.

Since then, Alac Etoile has been offering its clients a range of services that comply with the obligations and the label of the Syndicat National des Professionnels de l’ Hébergement d’ Entreprises (SYNAPHE).
